We have an underground black-box theater that is one of the best venues (we think it is THE BEST) in Boston.

The 700-sqft lobby is the entrance and hang out spot pre and post show. The lobby hosts a full bar with liquor, beer, and wine. Also included is a bar rail, merch table or table for catered events.
