Our Lord and Savior & Sunshine Duo

What would Jesus do? You know who else dealt with lesbians? “Our Lord and Savior”, a hymn-comedy musical follows a Minnesotan youth pastor who is just trying to lead a prayer circle for the local teens while also dealing with his impending divorce with his ex-wife who just came out as a lesbian. Sung authentically through Christian-flavored hymns, an acoustic guitar, and a wry sense of humor, “Our Lord and Savior” leads the audience through a teenager’s “wisdom” and the “power” of prayer.
Alana Corrigan is a Minnesota-native, Boston-transplant playwright and dramaturg. She is thrilled to make her Boston Fringe Festival debut with her beloved friends. Sunshine Duo

Sunshine Duo is made up of Krissy Larsen and Andy. Occasionally, with assist from musical friends. With the help of suggestions from the audience both before and during the performance, Krissy and Andy, will create a once in a lifetime story that not only surprise the audience but the performers as well! Krissy has a great deal of experience in long-form, short-form and musical improv and is currently a performer at Kismet Improv in Pawtucket Rhode Island. Andy also performers musical improv at Kismet Improv and is part of the Bit Players in Newport Rhode Island. She enjoys stand-up comedy and sketch writing.
