A Year’s End Ska & Punk Dance Party at The Rockwell!
The New Limits never needs a reason to rock out and party with our homies… but we sure love having one. Join The New Limits and our besties, Threat Level Burgundy and Bad Idea USA, on Saturday Dec 28th doing our favorite thing one last time this year. The party wouldn’t be complete without our friends hanging out so throw on your sequin suit, sneakers, jumpsuits, clogs, Crocs, whatever you need to PARTY. Roll up the rug. See you on the dance floor!
The New Limits – As products of the 90’s ska revival scene, The New Limits gathered in a garage attic in Boston with a clear objective; to play the music they love. They are well versed in the music’s rich history, from the rocksteady of the 60’s, to the 2-tone of the 80’s, and the “third wave” of bands they idolized as teenagers. The New Limits bring a style of their own to the scene, having been influenced by their diverse tastes in music, as well as the experience they have gained over the years. With a fond appreciation for the past and a bright outlook on the future, The New Limits bring fans of all ages to the dance floor.
Threat Level Burgundy – Threat Level Burgundy has been playing original ska punk throughout New England and beyond for 15+ years. Since the beginning, the band has remained a coalescent group of friends creating, performing for kindred ska-punk loving humans, and building community around that.
