Kit Orion is the moniker of Caitlyn O’Brien, an electronic pop musician, producer and DJ, based in Cambridge, MA. A long time performer, she has been composing for spatial audio and performing vocal loop infused solo shows as Kit Orion since 2021. With the release of her sophomore record, Bottle Grin (2024), she began arranging her work for a full band. Her band for this show will be Jess Kion (Justice Cow, Bent Knee), Matt Freake (Dutch Tulips, Justice Cow), Iarla Ó hAllmhuráin (The Lo-I, Field Day) and Peter Danilchuk (Clamb).
