Dinner and a Show at Saloon & The Rockwell
Start your evening by enjoying a two-course dinner at Saloon
followed by a live show just down the hall at The Rockwell!

ACT ONE: choice of one
DEVILS ON HORSEBACK: feta-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon with reduced mint balsamic
BABY LETTUCE: Little Leaf Farms mesclun, cherry tomatoes, seven-grain croutons, balsamic vinaigrette
FRIED ARANCINI: parmesan, basil-lemon ricotta, marinara, smoked honey
ACT TWO: choice of one
CHICKPEA-TOMATILLO STEW: Israeli couscous, tomato-coconut broth, grilled cornbread with whipped honey butter
(vegetarian or add pulled BBQ pork)
GRILLED JERK CHICKEN THIGHS: dirty rice, honey carrot puree, mango-tomatillo salsa
ROASTED COD: seared shiitake mushrooms, red quinoa, cherry tomatoes, curried coconut sauce
Dinner is served in Saloon before the show starting 90 minutes prior to curtain
(reservations must be made within that time frame)
