SUMMARY:Men\, Come Inside of Me (21+)
DESCRIPTION:“Men\, come inside of me” is a comedy show starring Toni Nagy where she becomes the men that have come inside of her – both metaphorically and literally. Toni embodies these men\, and then plays with their bodies to better understand why they had twisted her limbs and split her in half. At times Toni sheds the skin of men\, only to peel back the layers of her own heart and expose her soul. To seduce the audience\, Toni fingers her way through a variety of comedic methods including stand-up\, interactive audience engagement\, clown\, storytelling\, and dance as she paws at the cultural programming of gender dynamics. As Toni deconstructs her relationship to masculinity\, she also constructs “the man” who lives inside of her. Toni’s desire to uncover these men is entangled with her yearning to develop compassion for them\, as well as herself. Toni is him; she is Toni: she is you; she is me; and he is we. Hold me. \n  \n  \nThis event is 21+ // Valid ID required to consume alcohol \nDoors at 9:00 PM\nShow at 9:30 PM \nUNFORTUNATELY\, THERE IS NO LATE SEATING. If the joke doesn’t land\, it’s not because it isn’t funny – you just didn’t get it. \n“A rip-roaring hour of top-notch clowning” ★★★★★ Edinburgh Festivals \n“A raucously hilarious 60 minutes” ★★★★½ Chortle \n“A God amongst men” ★★★★ Scotsman \n“More than fun enough” ★★★ Guardian \n“A terrible comic” ★★ Times \n“A fraud who is completely out of his depth” ★ The Skinny \n“The world’s worst comedian” The New York Times \nCreated and Performed by Zach Zucker \nDirected by Jonny Woolley \nCo-Devised by Zach Zucker\, Jonny Woolley and Dylan Woodley \nZACH ZUCKER (Performer/Creator/Producer) is an award-winning performer and producer who’s been touring the international comedy circuit for the past decade. He is the creator of Stamptown\, the alter-ego of New York’s greatest comedian Jack Tucker\, and one half of Norwegian-American clown duo\, Zach & Viggo. Zach has sold out shows at Netflix Is A Joke\, Just For Laughs\, Glastonbury\, The Roxy\, Soho Theatre\, Edinburgh Fringe\, O2 Arena\, Comedy Central\, Melbourne International Comedy Festival\, and Off-Broadway in New York City. He will appear in the TBS reboot of “The Joe Schmo Show\,” stars alongside Kiernan Shipka in the MAX feature film Sweethearts\, and frequently collaborates with funk-punk group\, Thumpasaurus. As a producer he’s worked with acts such as Jordan Gray\, Randy Feltface\, BriTANicK\, Courtney Pauroso\, Martin Urbano\, Ike Ufomadu\, and many more. He is a graduate of École Philippe Gaulier in France and has worked with Sacha Baron Cohen\, David Cross and Rack Jackson\, among others. Most importantly\, Zach is a World War II history buff. He knows all 34 million soldiers in the Red Army by name and is currently working his way through the 3 million people who served in the British Army between 1940 and 1945. Zach is “bisexual”. \nJONNY WOOLLEY (Director/Co-Divisor) the mystery man up in the booth\, Woolley is responsible for directing\, teching and designing most Stamptown shows. Known by his colleagues as “Mr. X” and “Maple Boy” by his peers\, he is the director of the award-winning clown duo\, Zach & Viggo\, and has worked with acts such as Julia Masli\, Josh Glanc\, Neal Portenza and Damien Power. He famously performed at The Royal Variety Show in London alongside Viggo Venn (winner of Britain’s Got Talent) where they got to perform for the King of England – spoiler alert\, he loved it. Woolley is reported to have an IQ of over 200 but does not have a job. The celestial thirst of his inner mind cannot be quenched by the machinations of modern labour\, so he now spends his days smoking weed and thinking about the beauty of God. \nDYLAN WOODLEY (Opening Act/Co-Divisor) Clocking in at 6’7” and 350lbs\, Dylan is the largest brickfilmer in the world. His magnificent size has been the subject of many a song throughout history. When he was a boy\, his town would gather round his sleeping body and chant to the heavens for growth and good health. A proud Canadian\, has made animated videos for LEGO\, Pokémon\, Hasbro and Ed Sheeran\, amassing millions of views online. Dylan is the official global ambassador of DylanBrand®: A Premium Lifestyle Experience Solutions Company. In recent years\, he’s returned his focus to his own original pieces\, including a recently greenly series of shorts for Adult Swim and a bold publicity stunt in which he allegedly altered the Hollywood sign to read “Hollywoodley”. \nSTAMPTOWN (Producer) is an award-winning\, production company that specializes in touring live comedy\, music\, and circus worldwide. A three-time Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Award Nominated collective\, our shows have entertained crowds in North America\, Europe\, Africa\, Australia and Asia\, at festivals and venues such as Netflix Is A Joke\, Just For Laughs\, Glastonbury\, Edinburgh Fringe\, Soho Theatre\, Comedy Central\, Melbourne International Comedy Festival\, SXSW\, NBA Halftime Shows\, on the West End at London Palladium and Off-Broadway in New York City. But this plan keeps going wrong as she continually wins prizes for comedy. \nIt was bad enough when she was the winner of the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality in 2019 and her debut show ‘Choosh’ – about a migrant’s struggles in the USA – was one of the most acclaimed comedy shows of the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022. But in 2023\, things spiralled when she set out to help audience members in ‘ha ha ha ha ha ha ha’\, which you can read about in the New York times here. \nThis serious\, important event was nominated for Edinburgh’s top prize of Best Comedy Show and named number one comedy show of the year by the ‘Guardian’\, before being invited for a four-week\, completely sold-out run at London’s Soho Theatre. Despite the seriousness of Julia’s intentions\, the show was once more shortlisted for Most Outstanding Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival after another total sellout season. From there\, it transferred directly to a four-week sold-out run at Soho Playhouse in New York City\, and a sold-out run at The Elysian in LA. \nJulia has taught at Ecole Philippe Gaulier and at various drama schools in the UK. \nThis event is All Ages  // Valid ID required for alcoholic beverages \nDoors 8:00 PM  \nShow 9:00 PM  \nUNFORTUNATELY\, THERE IS NO LATE SEATING.
